Analytics privacy notice

8Braid Inc. uses optional Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, identify useful content, and improve customer journeys.

Your choice

Analytics starts only after you select Allow analytics. Declining leaves analytics off. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to change your selection. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and clears this site's Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase measurements already collected.

What we measure

With permission, Google receives page categories, content interactions, contact-link clicks and, where implemented, successful account or workflow steps. Cookies provide a pseudonymous browser identifier. Google also processes technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. We do not intentionally send form entries, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, investigation records or transaction contents to Analytics. A contact-link click tells us someone expressed interest; it does not tell us that a message was sent.

Retention and controls

Our analytics cookies and saved consent choice expire after 180 days. Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to 14 months; aggregate reports may remain available longer. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. We do not use session recording.

Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside Canada. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's privacy policy. This notice describes analytics and supplements any service-specific privacy terms.
